I received a quote from Eddie at TreeXperts in early Febuary, and have have waited 2 months to have the work done. I have called him repeatedly, left voicemails, etc. and I just keep getting the "run around". They obviously have no intention of performing this work. The absolut WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time!

We had 10 large trees, plus some smaller ones that were next to some of the big trees in the Milton, GA property. They gave me the lowest of the 3 estimate I got. In addition, they were highly recommended by my work associate. They brought a big crew and a lot of equipment to cut all of the trees in one day. It was a very big job and some of the tree removal was difficult, as they were located very close to fences and other trees that we did not want removed. They ran out of time to haul-off all the logs cut on the first day, so they had to come another week day to haul the rest of the logs away. After the trees were cut, they cleaned up the cut area very well. They ground in some leaves into the drive-way, so I had to use pressure-cleaner to clean them off. Except for staining the drive-way with ground-in leaves, they did a great job cleaning the rest of the property. Also, they went the extra mile to clean our back yard with their Bob-Cat machine that they didn't have to, which I appreciated it very much. Now after the trees are gone, we can start planning to enlarge the fenced area of our backyard. I highly recommend this company, they know how to deal with tough tree removal situations.

I had several trees in the yard that needed to come out. One Sweet Gum with those horrible sticky balls that were going into the pool and lots of dead limbs around that needed pruning. TreeXperts came out with a very reasonable quote, and when the arrived to complete the job did a very professional job. The logs were removed and the debris cleaned up. I will definitely call them again for future work.

One of the tornadoes that touched down in East Cobb a couple of months ago, damaged 3 humongous trees and several smaller trees behind my house. After getting 5 estimates from other tree services (from $1000 to $7000), TreeXpert came to the rescue. This was the first company that was professional, honest, and efficient. The team of experts that appeared to complete the task, were a team to be admired. The job was completed in a timely fashion with extreme knowledge. The entire area was left extremely clean and quite lovely. How fortunate I was to have Tree Xpert complete a challenging job as though the job was quite simple!

I paid 4600 for 13 trees to be removed in my front yard and a few other trimmings. Jason, when negotiating the overall price, said he charges 50 dollars per stump to grind them. You do the math: I paid 650 dollars just for stump grinding. However, they did not do a good job grinding the stumps, and I wonder if the stumps were gound at all. They covered the stumps with a lot of wood chips, and each stump turns out to be a little hill on my yard. Because I never had trees removed before, I thought the hight of the stumps left was way they were supposed to be. However, now I am contracting a company to put grass on my front yard and they cannot do it because the stumps are all over the place. I called Jason again after 5 months his crew did the tree removal to ask him to come and re-do the stum grinding, since it was poorly done and I cannot put grass the way the stumps were left. He said the contractor he hired to do my stumps is doing work back in Mexico. I should not care about who he will get to come to my house and do the job. What he should do is get any another contractor that works with him to come to my house and get the job done, since I paid 650 dollars specifically to get 13 stumps ground to ground level. Although he said he was going to see what he could do, he never even once called me back. I called him 3 different times and texted a few other times, and not even ONCE he got back to me. I will have to pay AGAIN to have my stumps removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have read the reviews first. After three weeks of stalling they finally got do doing the job. They then completely butchered a large holly ( made it completely asymmetric) which they were suppose to trim. They then pruned a just few branches of a big tree I actually wanted reduced. Unbelievable. On the plus side they gave me 20% off my bill.

I have hired tree xperts twice, first time was a few trees all was good. called them back to do most of my trees fore a major landscaping re-do. With in 2 hours i had no power as they dropped a limb on my power line and it was 3 days getting power back due to DeKalb co permitting and inspecting. On top of that they left me with miles of chips, when i asked for little to none and hours of manpower and three dumpsters later i still have debris. thirdly they asked to bid on my landscaping project, took hours of my time looking at everything and then never got back to me with a plan or costs- nothing. they did a great job the first time, should have left it at that.

These guys were quick to do the job and collect the money but they never finished cleaning up or clearing the trees they cut down. I ended up buying a chainsaw and finishing the job myself.

Treexpert was recently contracted by me to remove 2 dead poplars close to my house in Sandy Springs. After I requested an estimate, I was promptly handled by one of their salesmen. I agreed on their price and signed a contract. They came to my house when they said they would and the job was completed specifically as contracted. I would recommend Treexpert to any metro Atlanta homeowners.
