I went to this place because they were on my dental insurance. First off, the girl who x-rayed my teeth was inexperienced, did not seem to know what she was doing, hurt my mouth with oversized x-ray plates and had to have a co-worker come help her. Second, the dentist I saw told me the reason I was having pain was that I needed a root canal, I asked if he could pull it because it really hurt and I could not afford a root canal, he kept talking around that and I also asked if I had a gum infection because my gums around that tooth hurt. He said no. He did not give me antibiotics or pain meds., told me to think over root canal. I left upset because I felt they did nothing and just wanted to get the most money out of me that they could. A friend at work referred me to her dentist and I saw him and an oral surgeon regarding this tooth, both told me there was nothing wrong with that tooth, it was actually the tooth in front of it and I possibly have a gum infection. I now have an appointment with a periodontist. When I called Tricare for the referral they were nice at first and claimed they would pull my tooth, but I said I would feel better seeing someone else, then they got somewhat rude. They would have pulled or done a root canal on the wrong tooth! I advise you to not go here.
