Dishonest people. They ripped us off once and we vowed not to go back. Then another part failed that they had just replaced. So we took it back for the warranty work. Well, turns out that even though they have a computer, they don't actually keep records on it. Or they just conveniently 'lost' ours. So we are now towing our vehicle from their garage to pep boys because I'm not paying them another dime. Anyways, buyer beware.

I've been going to Tri-City Auto Care for years, over the course of two cars. I have always, completely trusted the staff to quote necessary repairs and never once I have felt misled or taken advantage of. In fact, on one occasion when my car was no longer under warranty, Tri-City insisted on NOT making nearly $1500 in repairs, but encouraged me to take it up with the dealer as a faulty part issue. I went to the dealer and, despite being OUT of warranty, they agreed to make the repairs for a flat $50 co-pay. Tri-City saved me hundreds of dollars! I love these guys and highly recommend them.
