I just need to share another review that I've been meaning to write for quite some time. Before I found Tri County for my horses (I got the horses after the small animals), I had already found a small animal vet for our dogs and cats. I have to admit that I have never been that pleased with them. I recently had another negative incident with my small animal vet and called Sue for advice. She took the time to advise me (without knocking my vet) and letting me know that they would be available over the weekend if needed for my dog that was having a terrible time and being diagnosed in two different ways at my vet. Here she was, going above and beyond (AGAIN) for me when my dogs and cats aren't even patients at Tri County. The only thing that has kept me from moving my dogs and cats to Tri County is not planning ahead enough to have records etc. transferred for all of them before another emergency happens and then I end up going back to the old place. I highly recommend Tri County for all of your pets - big and small! Sue is the best!!

I brought my 8 week old puppy to be boarded for a long weekend and when I picked him up there were feces and urine enough for the whole weekend in his car carrier. He was supposed to be in a larger metal crate the whole time. The pet carrier was only for the car not a training crate! The told me they did not know what happened but they did board him in the wire crate - they said my car carrier must have been dirty when I brought it. It was not! I live 3 minutes away! This was my first boarding experience and I am livid and if they love animals why would this have happened. Yes they have great custmer service and a nice facility but my puppy came home distraught and aggressive! Would not recommend this clinic for boarding.

We've been using this clinic for years for both our dogs and cats. The staff is friendly and you can tell they really care about the animals. Highly recommended, especially Dr. Teale. (We also use them for boarding the pets when we are on vacation.)

I have only been here for a year, but I have been so impressed with the people who work for Dr. Teal. We have two dogs and one cat. They are so understanding and even 'make room' for my pets if I go away suddenly. They don't suggest unneccesary procedures and their fees are average. They call me a day or two after sicknesses and surgeries just to see how the pets are feeling. I can't say enough good things.

We've been with Dr. Becky and Dr. Lori for over 7 years. They have taken care of every animal we owned, from cats and dogs to goats and chickens. I can't say enough wonderful things about their care, service, compassion and knowledge. Their expert service and advice has kept me coming back to them, even when we moved over an hour away. Awesome vet group!

I have to disagree with the other reviews! We took our cat there because he was lethargic and wouldn't eat. They kept him for several days without finding anything. We finally decided to take him someplace else and when we picked him up, he was covered in his own feces. We took him to another vet, they immediately diagnosed feline diabetes (very common) and barely saved his life. It seems Tri-County spends all their time on large animals and views pets as a sideline.

The staff was friendly and kind. My dog was very nervous, and they were patient and gentle with her. I didn't have to wait very long to see the vet. The whole visit took 20 minutes.
