The guy that runs this comapny is the biggest rip-off going...he get tripped up on his own lies while trying to take advantage of me. I did some cost comparison and searched on line for company history and found plenty - all BAD! The price they wanted for the work was close to 50% more than any one else would charge. Don't deal with this company.

I was called by this company and told my septic system needed to be serviced. They came to my house and told me my system was installed incorrectly and needed thousands of dollars in repairs. I am a single Mom and I felt threatened be these people. They were offensive and rude. I had to listen to how I need to make repairs to my system or be reported to the county. I asked them to leave 6 times before they would. I was scared and glad my children were in the house. I reviewed this company on line and saw it was almost all bad. I called the county and found out my experience was not the first one they has heard of. Don't let these people on your property. I called the installer of my system and was assured it was OK. The installer had heard this all before also. Do not do business with Tri County Monitoring.

My wife and friends were riding horseback on the back roads of the Lake Stevens area (3 adults and 1 10 year old child). A pumper truck from this company drove by them slowly, but came back 5 minutes later at a high rate of speed and came within 5 feet of my wife's horse before slamming on the brakes. The man in the truck (who was later identified as Curtis Johnson (owner of said company)) jumped out and started cussing my wife and her friends out for riding on a back road. He proceeded to call the cops but didn't get the results he was looking for. My wife and her friends then started to walk the horses away to avoid any further conflict. After they left and turned down a side street just around from where he first stopped, he came flying up in the truck again with the air horn on full. This was obviously a attempt to spook one or more horses and cause a serious accident. He again almost hit one of the riders and jumped out of the truck again. At this point there were other witnesses besides the people on the ride. Later one of my wife's friends called the company to complain and found out that the driver was the owner of the company. According to his wife (who answered the phone), my wife and friends were stupid to be riding horses with a "retarded" kid (because Curtis Johnson must have thought

These people will charge you 3x as much as retail and shifts blame on everyone else! As the other poster said, they do not honor any type of warranty! Run in the opposite direction. This husband and wife team are thugs.

Bravo Enterprises aka Tri-County Monitoring is the worst company I have had the misfortune of writing a check to. They failed to supply proper information to the electrician that hooked up our system, never respond to phone calls, resulting in our not getting the necessary information to replace our uv light or any other replacement part for our system. They failed our inspection because the UV light is broken....but they won't return our call so we can purchase another one and we can't find that light with another supplier. The real rub is Snohomish County made us use their recommended engineer to design the system, the system he designed can only be monitored by this lousy company. Next , letters to the County health dept, licensing dept and the AG's office. Curtis Johnson the owner keeps slandering the names of any company who competes with him for business - we called another company and he started slandering them but he is the one who doesn't know what he is doing.
