Went in to get a quote to have a moderately stained Louis Vuitton bag cleaned. They wanted to charge $200 with no guarantees that the bag would look perfect. The lady who helped us had a really bad attitude and a Buckhead snotty way about her. After reading all the other horrible reviews of this business I will take my business elsewhere. There are many many repair and cleaning shops in Atlanta and I'm sure they'll charge a LOT less than this place does with better customer service. Skip this place.

I moved to Atlanta from NYC 10 months ago and was looking for good place to get my shoes shined. I'd heard about Trio and it was in my neighborhood so I gave them a try. Twenty bucks for a shine that would have cost me $5 in NY and my shoes looked no better than when I brought them in. They claim to do an "old fashioned" shoe shine, but they have no idea what that means. It means sitting in a chair and having someone buff your shoes until you can see your face in them. That's an "old fashioned" shoe shine! The other work done was OK but not worth the money.

Trio was highly recommended by my wedding planner as a place to get my wedding shoes dyed. They did an excellent job.
