I made numerous purchases here and was getting ready to buy a new road bike from them. Today I received a call from the owner, who, in a rather unpleasant manner, accused me of not paying for an item I had purchased there. I have the credit card receipts to document my payment. When I responded that I had paid for the item and did not appreciate her accusations, I was told that I could take my business elsewhere. Brusquely accusing customers of failing to pay for merchandise is not my idea of good customer service. I will take my business elsewhere, as she suggested, and I will encourage everyone I know to avoid Tucson Bicycles!
