In March 2007, I had my foam roof repaired by Tuff Foam & Coatings. The work came with a 6 year warranty. In December 2009, we decided to put solar panels on the roof and I contacted Mr. Crawford and requested an inspection to make sure the roof was in good condition and would be ready for the installation of 62 large solar panels. After approximately 30 phone calls between the end of December and the first week of February, Mr. Crawford came out and inspected the roof. He indicated there was some blistering and cracking that should be repaired. We requested he do the work prior to the solar panel installation. The solar panel company indicated the work would begin on 2/22. Despite repeated calls, Mr. Crawford never showed up to do the repair work. The solar panels were installed, but when the first rain storm came, the roof began to leak. I contacted Mr. Crawford again and he said he would be out to repair the leaks. He did not show up. I have had an insurance adjustor and another roofer look at the roof. Both agree that the solar company did an excellent job of installing and sealing the solar racks and panels and feel the blistering and cracking contributed to the roof leaking. Many of the blisters were broken by having a team of workers on the roof, but if it would have been repaired prior to the work, there would not have been an issue. Mr Crawford does not return my calls; my warranty is worthless.

I had 5 roofing companies out to bid on replacing my comp shingle roof and reroofing my rolled patio roof. Tuff Foam's bid was highly competitive, but more importantly their workmanship was excellent. They took great care to keep the area clean when they did the tear off, and the new roof looked great once finished. They replaced the rolled roofing on my patio with a foam roof which helped increase the structural integrity. I highly recommend them.
