I purchased a Husqvarna chain saw new and had used it for about five minutes when it stopped running. After changing the fuel,I checked to see if it was getting spark and it wasn't. I took the saw to Turneys Power Equipment. The worker took my saw into a back area and within 15 seconds the roar of a chainsaw was heard from where the guy took my saw. He came out and told me that I must have flooded it out when I had tried to start it. It had started right up for him. I even told the guy that the spark plug wasn't hooked up. He told me "IT RUNS GREAT!" I thought maybe he was really good at his job and had attached the spark plug wire and got it started in 15 seconds. But NO when I got home I removed the engine cover and the spark plug wire wasn't on the spark plug! he must have started another saw in the back and said it was my saw, what a pile of excrement. I took the saw to another authorized Husqvarna repair shop. The ignition module was defective it is being replaced. If you do business with Turneys Power Equipment, expect to get screwed.
