Twin Cities Used Cars did me dirty today. I was ready to purchase the vehicle yesterday evening but the finance mgr. had gone home. The salesman told me to come today and I told him it would be late afternoon. He told me to come on.I went there about 5 pm with my paperwork and down payment in hand and they had sold the car to someone else, he said, that morning. I watched the man pull away in the car I was to purchase as I drove in. His excuse was that I had put "no money on it". #1..they didn't ask for any #2..he knew I was coming with it. A simple phone call to me could have had the money he wanted to hold it in his hand earlier in the day. He said he "didn't have time to make the call". There are 10 guys standing around that showroom. Any one of them could have made a call for him. I think what they did was underhanded and terrible business. I will not be doing business with them again and unless you have cash in hand I suggest others don't either.
