Two Becomes One

Just got a letter today from this company that they will no longer be providing services because they shut down 2B1 of Tampa and that I am not entitled to any refund, adjustments for the $4k plus I paid. Don't be fooled by their money back guarantee. When they tried to match me with folks they did a terrible job of screening potential dates with little consideration for my needs. I always felt their needs to fulfill their requirement of 36 matches was more important. They matched me 6 times, are now out of business without any warning, and I am screwed. Beware of this company. They don't come close to delivering on what they promise.

Kudos to Two Becomes One for helping me to realize that it wasn't me that was the problem but, rather, the quality of the people I was meeting online. As former military moving from place to place, it is very difficult to meet people. You don't have a group to introduce you to people you know and its just awkward going out by yourself all the time. Two Becomes One ended up being the perfect fit for me. I have met a wonderful young lady and we have been dating for almost eight months now and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your support and encouragement!

After months with no date...three "matches" that were NOT what I was looking for, I decided to cancel...Well, this company is like siging a deal with the devil. They will NOT let you out of the contract and continue taking their monthly payment anyway- WHO IS ALLOWED TO DO THIS? How can someone continue to rip yo off after you say DO NOT take my money anymore? I fought with them for months and they held firm on the "terms of their service" claiming how wonderful they are. What kind of country do we live in where the consumer cannot change their mind and cancel service? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

As a single mom of 3 who has been divorced for over 6 years and tried almost every dating site there is and too many fix ups through friends to even count, I was certainly skeptical that anything would work at this point. I was pretty much convinced that there aren't any quality men left. Well, thankfully, I was wrong. I joined Two Becomes One back in January of 2012 and am happy to say that I truly believe that I have met the one. The funny thing is, when they called and went over all of his details with me, I was kind of like, I don't know if it sounds like we have enough in common. They said, listen, the worst thing that could happen is you make a new friend and the best is that you find the man of your dreams...trust that we are professionals and are here to help. I thank God that I advanced on that first meeting as we have been inseparable ever since. I love him, my kids love him, and he is just a wonderful, decent, honest man. I can't thank Two Becomes One's staff enough for all of the hard work they put in on my behalf. I have recommended them to all of my single friends and my mother who is a widower and will continue to recommend them to anyone single who is looking for a lasting, meaningful relationship.

They got me for $3000, it has been more than three months and no dates. It's like they prey on one's hopes and dreams. To be continued...

I posted a review of this company earlier which was pretty scathing, because I was stood up at an appointment to meet with someone. I am revising that review, as I have now managed to see someone, and I have joined. I'm giving the company average ratings for now, because I cannot delete reviews (only edit them) and I am reserving final judgement for later. I will recommend that if you talk to them and make an appointment to come in, do it on a weekday. They make their office hours very accessible on weekdays. Weekends are where the problem lies. Sometimes the doors are locked, sometimes they aren't. There's apparently a buzzer to let them know you're there, but it must be pretty unobtrusive, because I never noticed it and I was waiting there for 45 minutes. On weekdays, the doors are unlocked and it is a lot easier. I will re-review this business after I've had some time to evaluate the service.

Unfortunately, prior to Two Becomes One, I had the opportunity to be a member of another dating service which provided sub-par service as compared to Two Becomes One. Luckily, I had the opportunity to sit down with a Matchmaker at Two Becomes One and have not once regretted the decision. I genuinely feel they have my best interest at heart as I receive constant communication through phone and email updating on my match matching process. I have met some wonderful people and look forward to what lies ahead...

If only I knew about Two Becomes One years ago. I never had an issue meeting people, it was meeting the right person that was difficult. The level of service, quality, and care that the staff exhibited throughout the process has proven to me that I made the right decision. Within the first few people they introduced me to, I realized that they were listening to my feedback and truly wanted to ensure my success.

I have to admit that I was somewhat skeptical when I joined due to my past experiences but I have to say that Two Becomes One has delivered on their promises. I have been very pleased with the level of service that I have received over the past six months. I have met men that actually take care of their appearance which is a drastic change from what I was meeting online. I would feel very comfortable recommending this service to my friends and family.

Was very specific in what I was looking for and they did not deliver. I even bent my list of wants to try what they were selecting for a match for me. After a number times, to not select anyone unless they are what I am looking for. After months of no dates, i addressed that I wanted my money back, if just half of it. i did not want to continue, just 50% back would be fine after all they advertise money back guarantee!! Guess what!! That's a lie, they refused to work with me at all. I was taken and ripped off, due to my insecurities of finding a date, spent thousands of dollars and left with one choice - Go to court and fight or not! I do not recommend this company at all! Rip off!!
