Be aware that regardless of how good a customer you are this company will not cut any slack. Despite the fact that I rented for a year, was never a problem, paid on time via auto-payments and gave notice 6 days before the end of the month they charged me for an extra month. I was charged because in the contract it says I have to give 10 days notice (I gave 6). I called and talked to three people but they would not change their policy. Unless you like dealing with companys who cannot be flexible based on good customer relations but would rather "quote policy" I suggest going somewhere else. You work too hard for your money to waste it on a company that cares nothing for you.
