Our home was built in 1987 using builders grade windows, I noticed a crack in a window and wasn't about to replace just one window, being in the HVAC industry, I know about heat gain/loss, my wife did some research and heard about U.S. Window Factory by "Ask Dale.com" we decided to call them out for a quote, our credit wasn't up to par to get financing so they gave us a cash price, along with veteran discounts, we have been nothing but satisfied and can tell the difference in our utility bill and how the home maintains it's temperature, I highly recommend U.S. Window World.

Great service and great products...manufactured locally, too. The price was right and installation done by courteous professionsals. If you need windows I doubt that you can get a better value than what U.S. Window Factory offers.

After researching other window companies, I had a free consultation with US WIndow Factory. I was very impressed with the presentation. Luis brought in a sample of the windows that we would be purchasing. He was very detailed in explaning everything which is why I decided to go with them. It took a couple of weeks for them to measure and then another few weeks for the windows to come in and for an installation date to be set. The installers only took 1 day to complete the job. They were very thorough and took the time to do the job right. I needed a few of the windows re-caulked and they took care of all my concerns before leaving. I love my new windows and I can already tell that my house is cooler and I don't need to lower the thermostat as much as before. I've heard horror stories about window replacements, but I'm so glad I chose US Window Factory. Now I have the best looking windows in the neighborhood!

Everything from the sales process (Luis Candela) to the final inspection exceeded my expectations. We bought a dozen windows from one of the Home improvement Depot's about a year ago. After about six months of ordering, reordering, getting the wrong sizes, types and models and having to manage the communications with 8 to 10 different people. I sat down and wrote them a much longer letter than this one but not quite the same tone.... We vowed to find a company that had a better reputation. A neighbor originally recommended U.S. Windows and after doing some research, gave your company a call. Luis came to the house and worked with me to get my next set of windows measured & priced to fit my budget. A week or so later I received a call to schedule the final measurements. The gentleman was on time, friendly and apparently quite accurate. (I wish I could remember his name) Today the installers (Carlos and Jodein?) arrived on time, introduced themselves and I showed them the windows that were being replaced. These guys were machines. Although there were only two of them, I swear they were installing four windows at a time. Their attention to detail and time management was perfect. It was a little cool out this morning and none of the window openings were left open for more than a few minutes. Customer Service and professionalism still exist.

This is a very unethical company the owner is a scammer they promise work and service that they don't render. My experience with these people at US Window Factory Norcross, GA has been a living nightmare I advise anyone who thinks about dealing with this company please beaware. They will take your 50% deposit and cash your check the very same day (seriously) and forget about you and your windows until you call them and ask what's going on with your install date after waiting 8 wks to hear from them. Poor service and poor product I will not recommend a dog to this business. Please don't take it from me do your research these people our scums....

USWF regrets that you believe you received poor service. We have searched our records to try to identify you as one of our customers and have been unable to identify you as a customer. We strive to maintain communication with all of our customers and most customers find us very reasonable and accommodating. As with any business some customer demands may go well beyond reasonable and at times we have to say no to demands beyond what is reasonable. At the time you signed the contract, your sales person explained to you that manufacturing and installation would take 6-8 weeks which is shorter than the 8-10 weeks required by many window companies in the Atlanta area.
As to any claim that our product is not quality, please contact our service desk. Our windows are U.S. EPA Energy Star certified and TrustDale.com certified. We have a manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty plus a labor warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your windows, we want to work with you to resolve any issues or questions. We stand behind our warranty (as does Dale) and we encourage homeowners to check us out before they order. USWF is an accredited business with an A+ rating (The highest quality rating) by the Metropolitan Atlanta BBB for many years and we meet the BBB accreditation standards, which includes a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
The company failed to install windows within time frame specified in Agreement. Had me remove all window dressings and rearrange furniture. Then, they didn't show up. Promised to Refund my $640 deposit. Didn't happen. According to the BBB, it will be classified as an unresolved dispute as of 1/4/2012. I personally think they are scammers and would never call them again for anything. My next stop will be Gwinnet County Magistrate Court.

When installing the windows, an installer unfortunately fell of a ladder in the entry hall, smashing our custom glass door. The company said that they would replace the glass (as a windows manufacturer, I thought they could)...2 months later, the door is still not repaired and we have been ignored by the owner and given multiple excuses-a VERY BAD Business that is admittedly stretched thin!!!!!

I was a lttle skeptical with all the different companies I received quotes from. The saleperson was very thourough and explained everything up front. no hidden ees etc. The installers were there bright an early on the scheduled day and had five windows installed with the cleanup in less than 5 fours. They are beautiful and the neighbors have given me compliments. They say what they mean and they mean what they say.

Sales presentation and bid was good. Measuring and installation very poor. The first three windows they tried to install would not fit. The company wanted to charge us more money because they didn't measure properly. We said no and they took all nine windows and left. They said our $1995 deposit would be refunded, it never was. None of our phone calls to them were returned either. We had no choice but to take them to court. The judge ruled in our favor. When leaving court the owner said our money would mailed to us in 12 to 14 days. That was 60 days ago. Still no money. Beware of the quality of this company as well as ethics and honesty. As far as I am concernced they are thieves.

In 2010 I contracted with this Co. to install windows in my outside screened in patio area. When installers arrived to install the windows, I was notified that additional work and money would be required to complete the work. SURPRISE SURPRISE!! Due to this company's negligence, I am forced to pursue other measures to receive satisfaction.

I did business with these people because I was told their a single source. I got the windows put in two years ago and the installation was botched, three different installation crews came to do the installation in a period of a week now after two years three of the window's still ain't right that I took off for the service people to come who didn't show up or call at the last minute to say they ain't coming. I'm a business owner so I stay busy I don't have time to wait for people to come. I decided the the aggravation of the whole process soured me on the company. I replaced all twenty of my windows with another company and after three months I ain't had any trouble with them. US Windows just steal jobs from good businesses I wish I could take them to court but in my contract the small print makes them untouchable.

U.S. Window Factory is a family owned and operated business that takes great pride in everything that we do. We do not ever, now or in the past, leave customers without a resolution to legitimate service related matters. This can be strongly evidenced in our Better Business Bureau file- NO UNRESOLVED OR UNADDRESSED COMPLAINTS, ever! As far as the statements made by "KarenGA32", whom we encourage to come forth with her true identity and copy of her work order contract proving that U.S. Window Factory actually installed the windows in question, of our company telling her we are a "single source" and that we "steal jobs from good businesses" are totally incredulous remarks! There are many sources for replacement windows in the market, it is up to the consumer which one they'll do business with. "Karen" is encouraged to contact us at 770-453-3000, Monday-Saturday, to get her service matters addressed. We are not affiliated with Kudzu for the reason that anyone can claim to be a customer and post "reviews" about any company, whether they are actual customers of that company or not, without verification of any sort. We believe that consumers are better served by checking into a contractor at the GA. Secretary of State's License Verification site, the Better Business Bureau and with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, all of which are non-commercial and unbiased organizations. Response written by George Kuonqui, G.M. & Co-Owner of U.S. Window Factory.
Seven months ago we had various companies come to our home, because we wanted to get new windows. While US Window factory didn't have the best quality we thought it would be a great value because of their low price. It took them two weeks to measure the windows and were retired at home everyday for the most part. After it was all said and done three months later our windows came in. They said they made the windows but the reality is our windows are clearly from two different companies. One of our windows has mist in it and they won't even fix it. After telling us it was a life time no cost warranty. After we signed our contract and we couldn't cancel we began to question our decision. Their crew left glass every where, our dug cut his foot on it and they denied any wrong doing. This has been one sham after another. We now wished we paid a little bit more money and went with another company.

We encourage that Kudzu require proof of being an actual customer before allowing such posts to be submitted. With thousands of customers and installation performed since 2003, our records show that there has only been one of our customers named "LOUIE", and we did NOT perform the installation of his windows, being he is a builder and has his own crews to install for him. "Louie" is welcomed to visit and tour our factory located at 6000 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, in Norcross, GA 30071, so he can be made to believe we ARE an actual factory! "Louie" please contact me directly @ 770-453-3000 to discuss your concerns! George, General Manager.
I had an unexpected pleasant surprise. I had heard nightmare stories with home improvement jobs. But prices were great and the job was done in a timely manner. Installers did a nice job and left the house clean. All in all very pleased.

That would be their customer service. Other wise, we like our new windows so far - they really seem to cut down our heating and cooling expenses.

We just had 20 windows replaced by US Window and am happy to report that we are extremely pleased. The overall experience with the company was good. Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and didn't use high pressure like some of the other companies we had out. Product seems to be top notch at very affordable prices, unlike some of the quotes we got. Installers were wonderful and did good job. Overall quite pleased and will recommend to all.
