I purchased a mascara that I had no occasion to use till after the 60 day return limit expired. When I opened it for the first time, It was caked onto the stem and tip and impossible to use. I tried to exchange it for another, but was basically told "tough luck" by the employee and the manager. I have had poor customer service with Ulta in the past and had not shopped there for a few years. I felt I needed to give them another chance. They apparently have not changed their poor customer service policies. I had two friends with me who were shopping while I was trying to exchange the defective product. They put down their bags of products and none of us are coming back. Way to go Ulta!
