On the evening of May 24, 2014 I received less than satisfactory customer service from a female, temporary employee named Jerry. She would not cash my money order. She said that the facility did not leave her money to open the store and that she had to use her own money. What??? Then, she lied and said that there was no number I could call about this issue or anyone I could talk to. I did email a representative from USPS.com of this problem. No one should come to a business to receive poor customer service and be inconvenienced of their time and money.

Everytime I walk into this small US postal location, they are always busy. I commend the staff at this location for their dedication to customer service and attention to my needs. The staff here are quality and I recommend you stopping by to visit them.
