Went to get some work done and was quoted a price over the phone (should have asked for it in writing), then, when I came to pick up the car, it was $150 more than what I was originally told. Then I found out the same thing happened to my friend. What a bunch of liars. Don't go there.

I have been going there for over 8 years. I have sent at least 25 friends and coworkers there. Every one has thanked me because USA does great work at the right price. Especially females. You will only be charged for the work needed and never overcharged. You can always trust them.

Took my car there for an oil change and tune up. Never gave me an estimate - looked at prices on wall expecting to be charged close to that. So I was expecting around $69.00. I was charged $165 plus charged $96.00 for 6 spark plugs. They never called me to talk to me they just called and told me the car way ready. When I picked the car up someone had written on their copy $415 estimate that was not written on my copy. I do not recommend them nor will I ever go back.

I have brought my cars to USA for years and have been very happy with both the service and the prices. They charge much less that most mechanics and work very fast. They are a full shop and I have had them do brakes, tires, tune ups and oil changes.

USA Complete Auto Repair & Smog is the best shop that you can go to anywhere for the price (even perhaps at any price). I have a recent BMW 5 series that I love, and I most definately do not entrust it's care to just any shop. These mechanics are all ASE Master Technician ceritifed. Their prices are very fair and very honest, and the quality of their service is outstanding. They know my car in-and-out (which most shops indeed do not). Where an oil change at a dealer costs me $130, USA does it the same for $50 with OEM BMW synthetic oil and OEM parts...the same as the dealer. As a BMW enthusiast, I am always weary of repair shops. Not these guys, though! They're the best! A story about the owners of this shop: they are both men from South Vietnam who came here after the war in the late 60's, early 70's. One of the men rescued the other from a communist prison camp in North Vietnam during the war, and after that fled to the U.S. They are highly patriotic and excellent people. Give them a chance!
