Where do I start? First, the hold experience was outstanding. Our salesperson, Rico, approached us in the main visibule. Did not have a clue where to start. We had to furnish a two bedroom apartment with everything. Rico is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and he pays close attention to his customers, from beginning to the end and beyond. Even the delivery guys were great. We will be back to add on more furniture and we only want Rico to help us, because he's that good. We're just so happy with everything. Thank you so much Rico

I inquired about a recliner and while speaking with the sales rep on the phone, they offered a 5-year warranty on the furniture for a price of $80. The warranty provided in-home service and if the warranty wasn't used during the 5 year period, a full refund of the $80 was given. We visited the Norcross store and made the recliner purchase. Again, our sales rep offered the extended warranty and refund if the warranty wasn't used. We purchased the 5-year extended warranty but received nothing in writing about the warranty. The recliner didn't arrive within the specified time and I called. I was told that the recliner we purchased was no longer available but they had a floor display model that had been on the floor for just a few days. When we picked up the floor display model we were given a 10% discount. I pressed for something in writing describing warranty coverage and the offer of a full refund. The brochure doesn't mention any of this. I found that the 5-year extended warranty only covers cleaning spills and spots on the furniture and not repairs should any part of the recliner break. Furthermore, the refund of the full $80 purchase price offer is very misleading. They don't refund your money. They give you an $80 store credit against your future purchases. You will have to press to get it printed on your sales receipt. My receipt says they will refund $63.08 of the $80 I paid. Doesn't sound like $100% to me. Maybe they use New Math to calculate it.

I purchased a $3400 bedroom suit (that was still overpriced when compared online) but I still thought it was a great buy. They delivered it on scheduled day ,in which I had my mom sit around and wait for....on arrival, my mom immediately texted a pic of hole in back of and scratch on front of dresser. The deliverers advised they don't do the loading (even in that, why wouldn't inspection be done prior to a delivery so they can cover their own behind that they didn't make the damages). Anyway, I call them and they call back to schedule to send a new one out and exchange my mattress. What? Apparently, the idiots brought the incorrect mattress and how would my mom or myself know this (bc we never handpicked a mattress). They refused to make it right (as those who administer true customer service do), by just letting me keep the mattress due to their fkup. This is the part where I am not satisfied. I advise, I've already slept on the mattress. The lady says, it's ok, we're sending it back to the manufacturer. So, you would rather inconvenience me of undressing my bed, etc, when you could have made it right by saying, keep it, our bad. They never asked if I would like to keep the mattress and even if it costed more, to see if I wanted to pay the difference. I just hate bad service. Anyway, they would've got my money here on out, as I am about to upgrade other items in my home soon, but bc of this, I won't be spending another dime with them.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience from Underpriced furniture in Norcross, GA. We were sold an extended warranty to cover damage to sofa and loveseat that we bought in 2014, with the promise that we can get money back with store credit if the policy is not used. Our leather sofa and loveseat has peeled off within 3 years and Ultrashield (coverage company) has refused to cover it as peeling is not included. I understand that it is their policy not to cover peeling. But now that the loveseat and sofa are not even usable, when I called Underpriced furniture they refused to give any store credit and asking us to wait for 5 years to finish. I was sent back and forth to showroom, warehouse and their service department. I feel disappointed and would never buy any furniture nor any policy from this store. I would stay away!

We purchased a table and 6 chairs, a couch and ottoman at the beginning of April. We didn't have it delivered until the end of April. While bringing the table in, the delivery men scratched the table top. They took pictures and said they would bring another back. After a week we didn't hear or receive a new table, so I called and nothing had been reported. I was told on Saturday someone would call me by close on Sunday. I have yet to hear from someone. First and last time I will ever do business with them. But they will give me a new table, even if we have to go to court.

I bought a sectional fro there and got a five year warranty and when I needed the warranty I couldn't get in touch with no one. I called left messages I left emails and nothing, so when I finally get someone on the phone they said someone will call me back from the warranty dept. so I waited two weeks and had to call them back. When I got somebody on the phone they said I had to call another place and they gave me a customer number to give them. I called them the next day and and they told me the number was wrong I called the store back and had to leave a message and still no answer back. So anyway my sofa the threads were coming loose, a board broke in the back and it was just sinking down, now I don't have a warranty anymore and still nothing has been done about it.

Although the store itself is extremely appealing, the sales experience purchasing, delivery and customer service (lack of) will disappoint. Bought furniture August 29,2015, were NOT willing to work a totally fair and reasonable 1/2 now 1/2 upon delivery, on Sept. 28 we are informed furniture is not in and next delivery date is October 10, yes today! At 3 pm we are told for the fist time deliveries take place until 11 pm!!!! I personally find it unacceptable and will tell you with so many furniture stores, think twice before spending hard earned money at this place!!!

My worst shopping experience in decades. Quality is poor and prices are not low for quality. Twice they came without legs for the dining table and insisted they leave part of it. I refused. Third time after i spoke to owner and customer service manager and they promised a discount for the trouble, they came without the middle leaf of the table! The delivery people said the warehouse manager said "she did not need it". This was in lieu of the promised discount. They did not even apologize! The beds i sadly accepted delivery of, were not all wood as promised. i had to argue for hours on the phone for them to come and replace the slats that were cracking before we even slept on them (this is a $650 bed). I should had knows; for $3000 they said they could not give me even $50 discount because of their low margins. I was in a hurry and went along with it but ended up getting crap and wasting way too much time and money.

We had the best service! I cant remember the managers name but he was the one who took care of us. We went to a ton of furniture stores and this one had the best selection, service and prices!!!! I strongly recommend this place to any one looking for furniture!

My daughter bought a sofa & loveseat and paid in full. Two days before delivery, they sold it off the floor and then lied about why. No one accepted responsibility. When she requested a refund of the cash to her bank account the next Monday, they failed to process it and were VERY rude. Her refund of cash is still not in her bank account and they have had her money over 2 weeks, and she still has no furniture. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought my living room furniture from them and was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The sales men did not hassle you, the customer service was great, and they deliver the furniture exactly when they said they would.

It's pretty sad when you know the people that work there & you still get a delivery crew that your mom has to tell how to get the furniture in the house, that they kill your home & then you can't get anyone there to call you back. The person that they had come fix my walls did AWFUL work & had to come back 3 times. I finally gave up getting my wall back to normal & did it myself once. The owner nor anyone else there would call back or help. Don't let them deliver. Now, the furniture is nice, don't get me wrong on that, just saying; NO DELIVERY FROM THEM, FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET IT YOURSELF
