I came into LV for business and a friend told me that United Nissan Rented cars and the rates were excellent. Not only did I get a great rate, but the service was top notch and Johnny was super helpful in helping me get to where I needed to be. I'll be back for sure!!

My buddy Nick who works at this dealership recommended me to check out some cars as my poor car is in its' latter stages of life. I went there and was amazed at how friendly and courteous the salespeople were. It's nice when someone knows what they're selling, and I could tell they liked their jobs cuz it definitely showed. I will be coming here to get an altima and recommend anyone who is browsing for a new ride to check this place out. Very pleasantly surprised!

I noticed from walking in that the place was in good shape. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. At first I thought I was going to be harassed by a sales person, but as soon as I was greeted I asked for the parts department and they took me right where I needed to go.. No fuss, all good vibes.

I went into this place looking to buy a car, when I witnessed the staff get into it over a sale.. I was shocked, they did not seem to care who was watching..it was just odd. not professional at all

He is my favorite associate at United Nissan. He has seen me in and out with 3 cars so far. He is very comfortable in his shoes, which makes me more confident to discuss business. Ask for him if you want to talk business, and reasonable prices.

This dealership is horrible. They try and force you into a car that you do not want. They tell you they can give you a great monthly payment and that you will be SOOOOOO happy. It was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. They rush you into a car, make you take it home even though you haven't got approved yet, and then when they can't finance you try to tell you that you can't take the car back!!! They are all just money hungry people! NEVER AGAIN and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

as soon as you buy a car they forget about you, i had to go like 5 or 6 times to fix "paper work" they wasted alot of my time and would give me the run around when i had concerns the sales man have no ethics, morals or respect, if your looking for a car go else where save time, and money

In total agreeance with a previous reviewer, United Nissan is the ultimate in treating the customer like garbage once they have purchased a vehicle. Once I drove off the lot they were done. While trying to contact my sales rep and /or service manager with a question/concern it was like trying to speak directly to the president by phone. After leaving multiple messages per day for both of them, I got absolutely nowhere. Go somewhere else - .

I wasn't looking to actually buy a car that day, and I don't know if the sales guys noticed that, but they were still very friendly! THey even offered to get me some starbucks while I looked around!

I was very skeptical about going in and dealing with car salesmen - you always feel so pressured. I have to say Nick V (general sales manager) and Robert Lane at United Nissan delivered what they said and made the whole car buying experience a pleasure!!! If you are looking at buying a Nissan at United, be sure to ask for Nick or Robert Lane.

You know when you feel taken by a car dealership. This place is the ultimate in treating the customer like garbage once they have purchased a vehicle. If there is any way you can go to another dealership....do so.
