We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We we're takin right to the sales person. Our experience with David Duran was excellent we talked with him a couple of months back at the dealership. Due to issues with our credit we didn't purchase that day. David stayed in touch with us thru email about specials and rebates. So when it came time to buy we called David, who made this a pleasure not a pressure.

We purchased a Kia from this dealership before, so it was my first choice. I did go in "guarded" though because I have been "burned" by a dealership before in my past (not this dealership). My intent was just to see what was in the inventory and then make a decision later. I was most interested in a CUV and I test drove two but I decided that it was better to go with a vehicle that had even better gas mileage. Since we had a Forte, I did not even test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing because I trust the model and know how well it drives. I had communicated with Jeff Shipp by e-mail before coming in and gave him my expectations before I even walked in the door. Again, I am leery of salespeople, especially car salespeople. He far exceeded my expectations and honestly changed the way I feel about dealerships and salespeople. He never once suggested a vehicle because it was newer or cost more. He followed my lead on what I was wanting, not the other way around. I went in with the mindset of a late-model used vehicle. I have never purchased a new vehicle and it was not even on my radar until I realized that the used CUVs (Sorento & Sportage) I was looking at were closer to the price of a new Forte than I anticipated. He showed me the Forte inventory and again he did not show me a different model that was more expensive just to increase his sale, he kept following my lead. It was a very pleasant. I have worked with Graig before and he was very professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. He answered each one of my questions and never gave my the "I will have check on that" answer.

Danny was very patient in working with me on the car, my budget and financing. This was an enjoyable shopping experience. I did not feel pressure to do anything I wasn't prepared to do.

MY WIFE AND I MADE A FEW VISITS TO BE SURE ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SHON WAS BEYOND OUTSTANDING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. WE SURE HOPE HE WILL BE AVAILABLE THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN NEED OF A VEHICLe
