Great surgeon. Horrible at caring what goes on with u after procedure. 4 days post op I was in pain and out of the 60 hours of pain meds prescribed. Called talked to MA. She told me would talk to doc and call back. 24 hours later with no call back I started calling. 5 calls later I finally received a call back and was told "the doctor cannot help u need to go to the ER, they can call us and get info." In conclusion if u can have him do surgery and another doc be post op then use him if he you post op doc hope u good at handling pain because he doesn't care how much pain u have.

I would not recomend these people to anyone! I had lithotripsy done for a kidney stone through these urologist, worst experience EVER! I saw there PA to begin with she explained the procedure to me and said that it was an easy surgery and I would be back to work in no time. This definitely was not the case. I went to the ER the same day the procedure was done per GA urology,I called there triage line for 3 days only to be told on the 3rd day that I would just have to wait another day & come in to see the physician. When I finally got to see him they had to do surgery to put a stent in my ureter which probably should have been done to begin with. There office staff and doctors are not caring at all. So I was in pain for several days and they could have cared less. The doctor wasn't even told that I had went to the ER!What kind of medical facility doesn't know what is going on with there patients after surgery? Save your time & money see someone else!I work at an Urgent Care and would never refer any of our patients here!

I have been suffering in pain with a chronic prostate infection for over six months. Dr Rosenfeld seems to be totally uncaring in regard to my level of pain and discomfort and has done little to help me get though this infection. I have taken antibiotics orally and by iv for the last six months and truly have felt I am just a money source for this office. The Dr will not even make eye contact and only looks at his computer. Now I am running out of antibiotics and they said they want me to go to an infections disease specialist and they will get me an appointment. I cannot even get them to call me back to arrange the appointment and my pain level and discomfort is not decreasing. I feel I am on my own and if I die no one at this practice will care in the least. The only exception at this practice is PA Tansie Ridings. She seems to genuinely care. I am not sure what my next step should be, but I would not ever recommend anyone go to this Dr. It is said he is a good surgeon, but as far as being a compassionate and caring individual, he is greatly lacking.

Please do not go to this Doctor. I took my films and my reports to him and all he could say was "Why are you here?" It seemed to me that he was in a hurry and that he did not want to spend time with me. Ran through my films like a bat out of H***. A week later I received a call from his staff and they said that I did have a infection and that I could pick up my RX. What the H*** it took a week - .. I could of told him that. Oh wait I did - . Please Please Please find someone else. He is not worth your time or money.

A friend that is a nurse heard that I was going to be seeing Dr. Gonzalez and she said I should see someone else. Another friend that had surgery by Dr. Gonzalez said that he was a good surgeon but had poor patient interaction skills. But, since I did not want to delay my time to getting a prostate biopsy I decided to keep my appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. I now wish I had followed my friends advice. The biopsy procedure was not as painless as he said it would be, because in my opinion he was in too much of a hurry to get it done. The injections for numbing the prostate hurt real bad and then he waited no time to start taking samples and the first few were painful, finally the numbing medication kicked and it finished out ok. I say find someone else do your biopsy and maybe let him do surgery if that is what you decide.
