Hey Joseph, in response to your review just bring it on by to the store and we will take care of it for you. Just ask for the store manager and I am sorry you had a bad experience ordering online, not sure what happened there.

My comments are about ordering from Utrecht's website, which I will never do again. I ordered some acrylic gel, which I did not immediately open because I had some existing stock open. When I did open the new bottle of gel, about 25 percent was missing, looking as though someone had removed it with a spoon. I called Utrecht's customer service but they were rude and would not discuss the problem because I was now beyond their 30-day limit. I explained that I did not open it until needed and that I should not be expected to anticipate that they would send me defective product. I asked for a supervisor (named Tara) who made expressly clear that she does not care whether I remain a customer or not. (I will not.) It was a bad experience. My advice: stick with reputable companies, like Golden, which has better products and great service.
