We contracted with Joyce Van Lines and were assured by Neil Aspenwall and Sherri that "we'll do the best job!" They sent out a little truck to move a 20,000 pound house not a tractor trailer) and sent out Queta and his crew. They were horrible!!! Every piece of furniture in my house is ruined!! The crew was angry when they left our house since the office sent out the wrong truck. They threw our stuff into storage and that's where the damage was done. Now Joyce Van Lines will NOT stand behind what 4 of their employess assured us. "We'll do the best move ... If your stuff is damaged, we'll repair it." They are offering us $1,227.00 to repair an entire house of damaged furniture. The furniture was good quality - solid cherry. I would NEVER use this mover if you value your possessions. No matter what the rep and Sherri say, your possessions will not arrive at your new house in the same condition as they left. Do not use them. Find another mover. Please learn from my very expensive mistake. Joyce Van Lines does NOT deliver on what they promise!

The movers who handled our move were professional, courteous, very careful of our goods and a pleasure to work with. The same cannot be said for the office staff who were non-responsive, disorganized, technologically backwards and unable to give us any confidence that the business side of the move would be well handled. A month after our move, we are still waiting for answers to billing questions which have not been responded to by Joyce, despite numerous phone calls and e-mails from us. The movers were great, but we would not recommend Joyce due to the lack of support the movers get from their office staff.

I've used movers 4 times, Joyce hands down the most depenable, professional group I have delt with start to finish. Not one issue on a whole house move. A must when to contact when looking for movers. Very pleasent to deal with.

Just finished a move with Joyce Van Lines and everything went perfect. I didn't use the packing service (but would in the future) but they arrived on time, moved everything with no damage to either my furniture or either house. They came in almost exactly at the estimate they gave me as far as cost. Also, out of the six companies that I contacted for an estimate, they were the only ones that came out to do a visual inspection. Highly recommended.

Joyce recently came and packed up our home for an upcoming move. All of the employees we met from the company were very pleasant and professional. The packing went smoothly and the packing crew members were actually quite fun to hang out with for a day. They did their work efficiently, didn't break anything and got the job done quickly. Our items were in storage for 2 weeks and that went fine as well. I even thought that the price for storage was very reasonable. And when they delivered our items to our new home, everything was in tact and they didn't damage the house bringing in the furniture. I was especially impressed that they were able to bring a really large, heavy armoire up a winding staircase without damaging the armoire or the walls. This was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Joyce.
