We recently delivered a wedding cake to Vecoma and wanted to share how professional and accommodating their services were. We were really amazed to witness the transformation of the room into a beautiful winter wonderland in 15 minutes. Stunning!!

I am the mother of the bride. My daughter was married yesterday at Vecoma at Yellow River. The word that is best to describe the day is "PERFECT"!!! I have never seen my daughter so happy. The staff is awesome. Rhonda was our coordinator and she was top notch. Kirk was the DJ and he kept me calm and relaxed. My daughter just adores Kirk. Rosie, Deloris and the blonde haired lady were most accomodating. Then there is my precious Caroline. Not only was she the photographer, she IS Vecoma. All of our guest were complimenting me on how beautiful the place was, how delicious the food was and what a great time they were having. I was completely at ease and able to just enjoy seeing my daughter be the happiest I have every seen her. I highly recommend using Vecoma for your wedding. It is beutiful and affordable. You will not have to do anything. They will handle it all!!! Pamara Happy Mother of the Bride

My company, welcometoSMG! - visual productions shot the video for a wedding at this venue this past weekend. It was our very first time there. As a matter of fact, I had never even heard of it before being informed of it by our client. Let me start by saying the ease of parking and getting in and out of the venue was a pleasure...that's a commodity in metro-Atlanta. The venue, in its perfectly secluded location offers the essence of a private event. Though seemingly small its the perfect size for almost any event. The layout is nice and the scenery beautiful. Moreover, Caroline and her staff are very friendly, courteous and professional providing everything we needed to make our shoot easy and successful. I was a pleasure shooting at Vecoma at the Yellow River. I would definitely consider having my own personal private event at this wonderful venue.

My best friend got married here, and I was very uptight going into the whole process. I wanted so badly for everything to be perfect. Her family was flying in from the other side of the country, it was her time to shine as the beautiful bride I knew she would be, and she had put the entire planning process solely on her own shoulders. She was frazzled, and I was worried. But as soon as we got there, we were taken care of. The rehearsal process was easy, but detailed. We all knew where we needed to be and when. We felt relaxed going into the big day, and things were absolutely beautiful. They take care of the ins and outs of your wedding with all your special touches. The menu was absolutely delicious, and we felt at home with the banquet hall all to ourselves. The wedding was in mid-July, outside, and the brief outdoor ceremony was met with a long, fun, air conditioned dance party for hours afterwards! As a bridesmaid, the photography process wasn't drawn out or stressful. A fun break from all the primping and preparation! Caroline actually allowed us bridesmaids (all design students) to art direct some of the shots ourselves! The entire day's photography came out perfect, and Elizabeth couldn't have been happier. Her family was pleased, all the visitors had a great time, and even after the sendoff, we were all very impressed by the lovely work done by the Vecoma family. You absolutely must see the venue to understand how lovely and secluded it is. Perfect!

I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful fall wedding at Vecoma in November! I was very pleased with the the service of the waiters, staff, and DJ. The outdoor ceremony location is gorgeous and full of natural beauty. The inside of the building where the reception was held was just as gorgeous. It was a fairly large room, that had adequate space to fit any brides needs. The buffett was on the large deck right outside of the reception area. The food was amazing! My most favorite experience with Vecoma besides the amazing lighting, beautiful ammentities, and awesome food was the staff and waiters. There was never any empty plate of food or an empty glass. Needless to say, I had a WONDERFUL experience being a photographer at Vecoma At The Yellow River. I hope and pray to be able to attend and photograph more weddings there! Amy E. Vecoma is beautiful and a great value. However, they scheduled a rehearsal during my set up time (you have two hours prior to the ceremony to set up), and when the other party wouldn't leave when they were supposed to, the venue did not force them out. My mother, instead of being up in the room helping me get ready, had to confront the other party, and they were really rude to her. When my guests began to arrive, we had nowhere to put them since the other people were still there and the site was not set up. The other group did not leave until less than half an hour before my ceremony. After that was over, everything else ran very smoothly and the whole rest of the night was amazing.

Vecoma is awesome!!! I am so glad that the decision was made to have the wedding there. Inside and outside were absolutely beautiful and the Vecoma staff went above and beyond my expectations to make the wedding day special. I would highly recommend Vecoma to anybody for weddings or any other special events. Thank you Caroline for the pictures you took. Thank you so much Vecoma.

I had my ceremony & reception at Vecoma and it was PERFECT!! The grounds are amazing & the Price Is Right!! I honestly did not have one complaint! I tell my husband that I want to get married again (to him of course), but that is how much I loved our wedding. We are even having our first born's dedication done there on our anniversary!

I recently shot a wedding at the fabulous Vecoma! I was totally blown away by the beauty and customer service. The wedding was scheduled to be in the back lawn and had to be moved inside due to recent rain. This decision was literally made with only a couple of hours to go before the wedding and they pulled if off like that had been the plan the whole time. Inside or out Vecoma is a photographers delight. The grounds are breathtaking and the interior is brimming with natural light. You can absolutely NOT go wrong with getting married at Vecoma...I wish I had.

I never knew how stressful planning a wedding could possibly be! Actually, to be honest, I personally didn't do much of the planning at all. I give all the credit to my beautiful bride! Anyway, we were scheduled to be married at The Vecoma on the Sunday after the flood of 2009. The venue should have been renamed "The Vecoma Under the Yellow River". I couldn't believe how much water flooded the grounds - we just knew there would be no way for my wife to have the wedding of her dreams outside. On Saturday, the day of the rehearsal, we were really both let down by the fact we would have to be married inside on what was expected to be a beautiful fall day. When we initially arrived on Sunday, the wonderful staff talked to us about possibly doing the wedding on the front lawn of the venue - then retreating back inside for the reception. We briefly talked about it - and within an 20 minutes time they had the place beautifully decorated and set-up. It could not have been better even in the back! They could have just said "too bad" and had us do it inside. They went well above and beyond! Thank you to the staff for making this special day happen the way it did. I had a very happy wife by the nights end. Food was incredible - Caroline, the house photographer, was phenomenal, never stopping the entire night taking photographs of everything and everyone! She definitely cared about her work and the final outcome - house DJ Kirk rocked! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I would recommend Vecoma to anyone. Our wedding was held outdoors, thanks to the beautiful weather...it's a perfect spot for an outdoor wedding. There's a beautiful arbor you can decorate, a river behind, and plenty of nature. We invited about 300 guests and were still able to stay fairly close to our budget. I used the photographer and DJ too (which was great). The food is absolutely delicious and the catering staff there is great as well. There is a lodge with a deck on the back. Vecoma really did make our day special. The wedding planners are especially nice and extremely knowledgeable.

Can accommodate many people with nice setting on the river. There was plenty of room to move about. I have only attended as a guest, but speaking from that aspect, it was marvelous.
