I recently went to buy shoes for my brother for back to school. He only wore the shoes twice, within that time however the front part of the shoe became defective. I went back to try and return them within the 30 day period and was told an exchange would be possible. I wasn't able to find the right size as an exchange. I was told the Craig location had my size and I would be able to do the exchange there. However when I went less then a week later (still in the 30 day period) they rudely told me no that they had changed their minds on the return. When I asked for the name of the owner he would only give me his first name and said I didn't need his last name. I feel if your going to okay a return it should be okay no matter what day as long as it was still following the return policy. I'm now stuck with a defective shoe that I can't use.
