I have had the worst experience with this store. I went in last Wednesday to buy phones and accessories. They offered to ship one of my phones to my mother's address since she lives a ways away. Well no one followed up and they actually let it sit in the store until I followed up yesterday. Manager didn't seem to care. I stayed on the phone with corporate for four hours yesterday trying to figure out what went wrong. And do you know they didn't even put it in the computer? It looked like they had given me the phone. Unbelievable. Management did admit fault. Corporate has filed a report on the manager, Manny, due to his yelling and not wanting to help me nor the supervisor from corporate yesterday. He was finished for the day apparently. Didn't matter what had happened. I was going to buy all of this online but got talked into buying in the store by Tabitha so she would get commission and I felt that was fine but not I completely regret it. It bothers me more than anything that they got commission off of this sale. Customer service? ha...they don't know the meaning of customer service and following up for their customers.

I went to this Verizon store because it was closest to me. I ordered over $400 worth of phones and accessories. They messed it up horribly. Was on the phone all evening with corporate last night trying to straight up the mix up. They were supposed to ship a phone. Nobody did. It's still at the verizon store. Have to talk to corporate again today to get the rest of it straightened up. Pick another store. Don't go to this one because it doesn't seem like they can do what they promise or just do it online. That's the easiest. Management admitted fault and corporate is filing report against one of the managers for an altercation with one of the supervisors at corporate.
