There is a reason Verizon has so many awards. The service works nearly anywhere. I have brought my phones across the country without issue. No roaming charges on my service, no long distance fees, and I am not forced to renew my contract everytime I make a change to my account. The only drawback is the insurance plan, which can take days to weeks to replace your phone. Its a small price to pay for the quality of everything else.

I went in there one day to set up a contract. When I walked in there were 3 reps on the floor, no of them bother to come up to me and offer any help.

The employees are helpful when you're trying to buy something. a little disappointed with the service after the sale learning some of the new features. The store is clean.

they have made some improvements to this front counter store that have made it better...there is always good foot traffic but usually plenty of help..the staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially if you're buying something.
