I want people to know the type of business practices these individuals use at this location. I was physically and verbally attacked because I refused to pay the $5 upcharge they were demanding from me at the time I went to pick up my puppy. I had to call the cops and left with scratches and very distress. I was told the service was $35 when I dropped my puppy off for grooming, when I went to pick up my puppy they told me it was $40. I asked why was it more and that I was not going to pay that because they had given me a price of $35. I told them that they needed to disclose any changes in prices before taking a job and allow their clients to decide if they want the service or not; they cannot just demand people to pay more than what has been agreed. What if they would have said is $60? It's not the amount but the principle. These people acted like street gangs and ganged up on me to the point that I was hit and pushed. I asked to see a manager and the woman there said using a profanity that she was the "cuss word owner." What kind of owner speaks like that to clients. They use every cuss word in the book and accused me of being a "cheap dog" for not wanting to pay what they had upcharge without notifying me. I am outraged at these people and their business practices.
