We booked a taxi in the morning for a specific time that evening. The dispatcher called about 5 mins before the taxi was due to say they had no cars in our area. He didn't know how long they would be. I explained that by making an advance booking, I assumed a car had been reserved for us, but he said they do not guarantee times. The taxi eventually came 30 mins after the time we booked. The car stopped outside our house, but when we opened our door it was gone! I had to call Victory again - they said the driver didn't know it was our house, so we had to wait again while they called him to turn around and come back! At the restaurant, we asked the maitre D' to call us a cab to go home. They called Victory! Luckily for us, our return driver was Merl. He was excellent. His cab was spotlessly clean. He was polite and friendly - such an improvement on our first driver. Thanks Merl, for saving the day!

I setup a picked a week in advance and had to adjust the time. Found out they had canceled without notice and they refuse to take another pickup request until closer to the pick up time. Had I not called the passenger would have been stranded. The dispatcher was extremely rude and had an incredible poor attitude and was not willing to answer questions. I will definitely not use them and DO NOT recommend them.
