Don't believe everything you read These people above apparently have alot of time on thier hands, the same person has written this same rotten review anywhere and everywhere you could possibly leave a review! My experience has been much different with the Rosell Family. They provide great customer service, and stand behind their products and service.

Took my Husqvarna D1 in to change a small part which does not affect sewing. After 3 weeks, still hadn't gotten the part so my husband called and wanted the machine back so I could finish a pressing project. Before he was done talking he was cursed down by this woman (Ruth/Ruthie?) and then hung up on. When we got there, got yelled and cursed at and told they had taken the machine apart and wanted $27 for a machine in pieces! I didn't want anymore confrontations and was willing to pay but they wanted cash which I didn't have so they held it hostage. They became so hostile pushing and wrestling with my husband. I had to take my 3 year old out while my husband called the police. We got it sorted out when the police came and we got our machine! Police suggested suing them and it sounds like this was not the first time this had happened there. I will never go back to this place! I am now taking the drive to Husqvarna at Bonner mall way in Ponderay ID!

I went in to pick up my sewing machine after repairs were completed, I was a repeat customer and when I asked a question regarding how the previous repair may pertain to the current work the wife began to scream at my husband & I and called my husband profane names. We were very calm and just asking questions. She swung my machine around by the handle, I thought she might hit one of us. The Husband (owner) wasn't much better he seemed angry as well. They tried to refuse my credit card stating I would cancel the transaction after I left. She kept SCREAMING to accept cash only. They also threatened to call the police. I will never set foot in their business again.

Service Complaint - Be sure to fill in a maxium charge in the estimate box, or your service total may be much higher than you expect. They charged us 30% more than the service estimate. They may not let you pay with a credit card if you indicate that you disagree with their labor charge. They don't want you to dispute the amount later with your credit card company. In my case, they held our machine hostage until we came back later with cash. I remained calm while the owner screamed at me for questioning the extra labor charge. Without a doubt, this was the worst customer service experience of my life. Another customer in the store told me in the parking lot that she will never go back there, and neither will I.
