Purchased a house in Smyrna and did not know of a landscaper so we just went with who the previous owner had, Vining's Landscape Group. We should have known better. When we purchased the house the yard was the worst in the neighborhood. Trees and bushes were hugely overgrown, dead bushes and the lawn was terrible. Looked like nothing had ever been touched. Vining's landscape made us sign a contract. Now I know why, if we didn't have a contract, we would have dumped them in the first two months of seeing their horrible service. They did the absolute minimal they had to do. Mow and blow. To get shrubs trimmed back, I had to beg and then pay a whole lot extra. I started doing it myself. They did nothing but make the lawn look worse. We have tire ruts in the yard because they would mow in the RAIN and when the yard was sopping wet! Early on, before I knew better, I asked the owner for a landscape quote and I had some ideas of what I wanted. We wanted the 15 year old overgrowth to be removed and replaced. He told me he'd just throw in some bushes and mulch and "call it good". I could not believe it. The owner has no professionalism. He is so rude and curt, I do not know how he is still in business. He treated us with disdain. Their billing and back office always a mess of confusion. I will never recommend them to anyone. Our yard is still the the worst on the block. Believe me, run don't walk away from this company.

This is clearly a competitor trying to make Vinings Landscape Group look bad. Or a customer possibly mistaken us for Vinings Landscaping who has since changed their name for that very reason. All of our contracts allow and easy out clause for whatever reason so that no one is bound to a one year agreement if they are not completely satisfied with the service. If this was a real customer of Vinings landscape Group they would have known that they were not bound to it if they were not satisfied up front. Furthermore it says a lot about someone that buys a house that looks as bad as they said it did and still hires the same landscaper. Hmmmm!
We engaged Vinings for several design projects, installation and ongoing maintenance. All work performed on budget and follow up has been terrific. They promptly return calls and are responsive to any requests. Highly recommend Vinings for your next project or maintenance plan.

We were looking forward to using Vinings Landscape Group due to reccomendations. They came out to give an estimate...we followed up and nothing. Poor way to treat potentially new customers. Whole experience was a waste of our time and theirs.

I have use Vinings Landscape Group, Inc. for over seven years now. Their service has always been top notch and reliable. The are one of the few services with a reel mower equipment. When ever I have a request they're always responsive and professional. I moved into a new home four years ago and commissioned VLG to design and implement the landscape. I was very pleased with the results. The yard looked just like the rendition. Thank You Vinings Landscape Group, Inc.

I checked this year just because I am sceptical in nature to make sure I was getting the best deal for my money...well I am. There was never a question about dependability or excellence in their service, but I did want to make sure they were in line with other landscapers concerning price. What I found out is that not only do they do great work, they are fairly priced as well. I'll continue to let them service my home.

I have tried quite a few landscape companies to service my lawn. Vinings Landscape Group has been the only company to help keep my lawn green throughout the year, even in drought times. Highly recommend.

I have used this landscaping company for two properties for at least 3 years. This company provides excellent customer service and values my property as if it was their own. They are dependable, and professional and I can count of my lawn to be the envy of all the neighbors. Thank you VLG, I will continue to recommend your landscaping and lawn maintenence services to fellow neighbors and friends.

I have been using Vinings Landscape Group for the past 2 year. The management and employees are exceptional. Always complete their job in a professional way and I would not consider moving to another company.

Don't bother, find a true landscaper that values his customers and their business. Poor communication & poor quality, there are definately better uses of your money.

This Customer signed one year contract after moving into this new house without a job and then canceled four months later as soon as the last leaf hit the ground. Instead of just canceling they sent a derogatory email stating they couldn't justify paying for the service's they were receiving. However it was great thru the growing season and up until the last leaf hit the ground. I let her know I was disappointed in the way she handled it and it went down hill from there. It had absolutely nothing to do with lawn care; it was about a service they could not afford in the first place. They have six neighbors that we have been servicing for the past two years who are extremely happy with our service.
Would not recommend.

This fairly new customer was trying to get my workers to do things on the side without my knowledge over and above his contractual agreement thinking they would not know any better. After a couple of attempts at this I finally called and confronted him and told him I did not wish to service his property any more. This obviously infuriated him that I would turn down his work. I have ten customers in this subdivision that I have had for six years or more that are very happy with the service they are receiving.
