They have a hard time talking to the customers. Going elsewhere after weeks of email, calls, meetings. I just don't have time for this stuff. I have a great credit score and plenty of money. There's no excuse for this. Either they are dragging their feet or the lenders are and either way I don't care. I've got other things in life to do with my time. They fired one agent who was handling my application because he didn't know what he was doing. Now I believe I have another one. I don't care who's fault it is...i need a professional instead of a clown.
