We moved here before it was bought by Greystar and have watched it go downhill ever since. The management is a joke, they are lazy, rude, and do not care about service at all. The maintence is also a joke, every time we have set up an appointment they have shown up at the wrong time or the wrong day. Our air conditioner broke and started leaking water into the walls and carpet - it took them a month to get it to stop leaking and they never fixed the walls and carpet. Everything is always broken - the sprinklers, the pools, the spas, the washers and dryers (which they just jacked up the price for the 3rd time on), the gates, etc. The security is nonexistant, our car has been broken into and cars get ripped off on this street all the time. They have been trying to make cosmetic upgrades which have been severely mishandled - any time we actually got a notice of work to be done (painting, repairs, parking lot resurfacing, etc.) that actually effected our ability to get into our own apartment or park in our own space, they either gave us the wrong dates or didn't bother to notify us at all. The walls are also paper thin, we can hear everything our neighbors do, say, and even when their water is running. We moved here from California and thought this place was a great deal and it was well managed by AIMCO when we moved here, but now we can't wait to get out. Do not move here, this place is the absolute worst.

although the new management is fixing up the complex, the extreme rent increases, and fee hikes make this apartment too expensive for the neighborhood it is in... they want me to pay $250 more in rent without any changes... the landscaping is still poor, as is the maintainence staff, and the few improvements that have taken place so far have been aesthetic. the lighting still leaves much to be desired.
