I am not a fan of big banks so maybe my review is a bit biased. I think I was a little overwhelmed by the whole process. There was a lot of information that needed to be absorbed and I felt overwhelmed.

I loved my experience with this business. I wanted to get a checking account here in Georgia, considering I am from Alabama, and started searching the web. That's how I found Wachovia. I was able to set up my account on line and go into the branch to deposit my funds. The representative at the customer service desk was very kind and helpful. She helped me with all questions. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I use Marc Alexander at Wachovia securities and he is trustworthy, suggests investments that make sense. Understands my objectives and goals.
