I shopped Toyota and Ford at five different dealerships. The best truck .. the best deal .. the best people are at Wade Ford in Smyrna. I got great service from Ralph, Regina and especially Chris, the sales manager. Because I couldn't decide on color, Chris ordered TWO trucks exactly alike except for color so I could pick the one I liked best! I got a FULL tank (36 gal!) of gas and they topped it off immediately before I drove it off the lot.

I paid 7500.00 CASH IN FULL for a used car from this dealership. i drove 3 1/2 hours to get the car. it BROKE DOWN on the way home. in the first 400 miles, it's had almost 5000.00 in repairs, they stopped answering the calls/emails, and its been in the shop 17 of the 24 days since i got it. it still has the temp tag and its in the shop **AGAIN**. DO NOT buy from this dealership- they are horrible mechanics and sell cars they KNOW have issues. also to add i have the contract for the ext. warranty & they dropped the ball on that too..I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK & RECEIPTS TO PROVE THE ABOVE! also to add they took the striped off and iddnt tell me

We have now purchased (3) vehicles from this dealer. They are honest, upfront, and work hard to make sure you are happy. Ron & Chris in sales, and ALL the guys in service are pleasant and professional.

We have bought many many vehicles at Wade and have been extremely satisfied with all of our dealings with Wade from purchasing to financing but the service department keeps me coming back. Jim and Eric listen to my concerns and problems and get the job done right the first time. Yes, I will be back over and over again

My wife and I had to purchase two new cars - they were awesome, went the extra mile and did not try to "oversell" us on things we did not want. They worked with our budget and everyone there was first class - Ron W, Cedric, and the sales manager. I hate car buying and I was getting ready for the EXPERIENCE - but our experience was an A+ I would recommend doing business with them!

Went in to check out a 2008 Honda Accord on the used car lot. Noticed this car had steel wheels w/ hub caps. It's supposed to have aluminum wheels. The sales person said it was made that way. I was ready to buy, I gave it another check out and found that they had hidden a malfunction light with black tape. I peeled the tape off the instrument panel and the tpms light was on. It's the tire pressure light. They were hiding the fact that they had the wrong wheels/tires and they knew it. They were not willing to fix it. Also they were rude. These people are not to be trusted.

We took my wife's Ford Explorer into Wade Ford for an oil change and to check on a weird hesitation between gears. After charging us over $200 for the oil change and a software upgrade, they tried to tell us that my wife's car needed $1,500 in repairs "right away." It sounded suspicious (especially because the car is less than four years old and under 50,000 miles), so we declined the repairs and took the car to two other local mechanics that were recommended to us for their integrity. Both confirmed that the repairs recommended by Wade Ford were totally unnecessary. I struggle to decide whether the service shop rep was dishonest or simply inept, but I would never, NEVER take my car to these folks again.

Made an appointment with the service department for a 30,000 mile service. I was shuttled back to work, work was performed and I was picked back up from my job. Price was good, service was outstanding!

My experience with their service department has been overall very good. They are pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service is a bit slow and I would prefer a shorter wait when I call ahead and make an appointment.

1st problem - oil change...the mechanic didn't put the oil cap back on...left it in the hood latch area. I found it months later. I reported it via their online service contact...no reply. 2nd problem - took my truck in at 7am for minor service...didn't get it back till after 2pm...because I wasn't there waiting for it...even though I had a service appt scheduled with them. 3rd problem - Transmission overhaul. 2004 Ford Sportrac with 37,000 miles. It's now been 7 days...with no customer service followup. Guy tells me he'll call at noonish...no call...for 3 days now. I have to chase him down every day for even an update. And the saga continues...these guys are not good. Do not take your vehicles there. I will never set a tire there again (except when they finally get done with my transmission). The only reason I went there is because the transmission is under warranty and they are close to my home....won't make that mistake again. I also had an issue when I bought my vehicle here...the finance guy miss-dated the sales contract so as to avoid giving me an extra $500 for rebate that was available on the actual date of the sale. I found out via another dealer and had to force my hand with Wade to get the correct rebate. These guys just don't seem to be honest dealers...I will steer clear from now on.

This dealership is less than honest(even by industry standards). Make sure to get an off site mechanic to look at the used car you are interested in. As for the service department, I would not have service done to my car here, they definitely are not perfectionists and are rude.

I purchased a Ford Expedition and had to have the front brakes and rotors replaced after only 18,000 miles, which was replaced by Wade. I had to have the rear brakes replaced at 24,000 ($360); however, the work was done by another service. at 28,000 miles, I had to have the rotors resurfaced....that's only 10,000 on the rotors. I don't this this is a good return on the money spent.

We bought an F350 Dully Truck, the customer service during and after the sale was outstanding. We also recieve service reminders for the truck.
