Wagner Brothers Kustoms auto paint and repair. Model A 1930 for paint job only. First check with public records at Gastonia Police Dept for customer complaints. They seemed to be familiar with this company. Was told paint job would take 3 weeks and it took 3 months and then only after being accompanied by Gastonia policeman to discuss the issue. Obvious paint drip by driver door. All gaskets were painted as well rather than replaced. Underside was painted but most flaked off after one week. Paint doesn't stick to grease and dirt. Undercarraige painted from top down only, underneath still has old paint and rust showing. Mirrors etc were loose when I received the car. I needed to tighten them on way home, 8 miles. I furnished new body and gas tank gaskets which were not put on. Went with a full tank of gas and when I picked it up I needed gas to get home. I was told it "leaked" at the shop, all 10 gallons. Went with a friend to pick it up and employee asked if my friend had driven the car. When he answered, "yes", the employee stated that so had most of them. Original engine was fine for 80 years. Within 100 miles at most of driving after the return the engine blocked cracked. Car had been driven without water in radiator. I check water and oil before every drive. These are just facts and not opinion.
