Before the prior owner passed away, my experience with Wags was always good. The new owner and staff are very nice but young and inexperienced. While they may be good with dogs, they have no clue how to groom cats. I took my senior cat and my outside cat in for grooming services. They tried to shave a mat off of Sammy, could not follow through but left the wads of hair hanging-I had to trim her up with scissors when I returned home. The price of $56.00 (which is very high for a cat) was to include nail trimming. They trimmed Bonnie's right rear paw but not the other 3 paws. That was verified by my veterinarian. They said Bonnie had a piece of sand stuck between her toes and suggested I take her to the vet. The vet pulled off a wad of hair, that's all it was. These are just the highlights of the issues I had with their services. They have not returned my calls, nor was the owner in when I stopped by to discuss these issues. I do NOT recommed them for cats. I am certain you could find other groomers that would be better with dogs as well.

I've been getting my mini schnauzer groomed there for as long as they have been at this location. The facility is clean and the groomers are friendly. Rates are reasonable and they cut her the way I want. I can pay an addition fee and get her grooming "expressed" which guarantees that I can get her in and out with a very short period of time which is very important to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just by walking in the front door at Wags to Riches I could tell a difference. They are new ownership and it shows. Katrina greeted me and my doggies when we walked in with a warm smile, it made us feel so welcomed. When I returned to pick up my pooches from her they were not stressed out at all (like they had been at other places i took them). They took the time to talk to be about my dogs and told me that they were very well behaved through out the whole proces. Also the doggy goody bag was a nice surprise. I would recommend that any one go there.. They are patient there and actually love animals which is important.

My dog has been groomed here 4 times, and each time they charged me 7-8 bucks more than previous. If my dog had been in worse shape each time, I could understand it, but actually she was in most need of grooming the first time I brought her in, and kept having LESS grooming necessary! Also, my dog was never ready when they claimed she was. Buyers Beware!!!

I have taken my dog's here for years and they are the best. We went to another groomer when they were puppies but then found wags to riches. I will never go anywhere else. I really trust them with my dogs.

I have been using this groomer for over 17 years (three different dogs). They are reliable, reasonable, friendly, and my dogs have never minded going to get their hair cut. I personally want my dog to be cut as a teddy bear and they do an excellent job.
