Going to Dr. Waters is like going to your old family dentist, but with a difference--they made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. The staff was soo friendly- they made me feel like family. I felt no pain when he was fixing my teeth, and the porcelain crowns Dr. Waters gave me look and feel wonderful. I have told all my friends about this office, and I will be going back for all my dental work. Dr. Waters office is a great place!!!

The staff here is very friendly, and his pricing is on par with everyone else, however, I would not recommend them for anything cosmetic. I had two very expensive crowns done here. Afterwards, when I smiled, they ended very abruptly in a square at the gum line and looked terribly unnatural. So much so, that my husband forced me to go elsewhere to have them redone. My second dentist packed the gums down before fitting the crowns, then when the packing came out, the gums sprang back over the crowns, creating very natural looking teeth. In the end I had to pay twice for the crowns; the full amount the second time because my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure again. I also had to endure the discomfort twice to get this work performed correctly. Ok for cleanings and checkups, but any major work should be carefully considered.

Waters is OK if you need a cleaning or a check up, but if you are looking for cosmetic work done look else where. His finishing work leaves something to be desired. I will be going some where else to have his work re-done. On a positive note his staff is very friendly.

Dr. Waters and his staff are very kind, and make cleanings and other dental work more bearable. The personal service makes for a more comfortable atmosphere. An air abrasion method is offered for certain types of fillings, which requires no novicaine shot!
