Waynes Auto have done several repairs on my jeep. Things are always done in a timely manner for a decent price. They are always very helpful and I appreciate them explaining things to me as I am car illiterate.

After reading the online reviews I decided to use Wayne's auto service to fix our car. On In June 30, 2011 we took our car so they could replace the starter and repair the AC, which was blowing hot and replace a blower motor which had just burned. We paid $597.97 for this service. On July 1st, 2011 I returned because the AC was still blowing hot air on driver's side and cold her on passenger's side. They initially top off the A/C but I immediately notice that this didn't fix the problem, so the mechanic got the car back and worked a little longer. When I left with the car that day apparently the problem was fixed and they did not charged me because it was under warranty from previous service. I was impressed with their honesty them that I wrote a positive review online. On August 13, the car would not start. Called road service assistance to jump-start the car and they notice after car was running that it would not hold current and would stall. There was much voltage fluctuation when AC was turned on/off, so they recommended me to tow back to the shop where I had the AC repaired. On August 15th Wayne's service diagnosed that battery failed test and asked $130 to replace it. The battery was under warranty with PepBoys which promptly replaced it. YET now the AC was again blowing hot air AND the air way control was broken. Wayne's priced and additional $535 to fix what they broke. They not only have quality but as well integrity issues

The customer service at Wayne's is top notch -- from Wayne to everyone in his shop. You can also breath easy knowing you are getting an honest job done. I had some bad experiences with other local shops before a neighbor turned me to Wayne.

I've been taking my cars here for several years because they're so close to my home. They've done an OK job on my GM car. However, every time I've taken my Benz there, I haven't been satisfied. For instance, I had my brakes and sensor replaced, and the sensor never went off when my brake pads wore down. I had my oil changed there, but the oil light still came on. When I took it back, they replaced the oil switch without my consent and charged me. My oil light still came on. And then my oil started leaking. I didn't want to take it back there because I was afraid they would "fix" something else. I took a Toyota there to fix a squeaking noise and they changed the serpentine belt. It still squeaked after that. I've decided to take my foreign cars to another shop. It's quite a drive but worth it. So, I would advise taking only American-made cars there for the location convenience. Also, I may be wrong, but the guy there, Mike, I think talks down to women.

Wayne and his employees at the 141 location have been super to us. When my car had to be kept, Wayne would drive me home and then bring my car to my house. Also later had to give me a loaner car - no questions asked. Follow up called me to make sure everything was working properly. Great "local" shop when you don't want to go to the dealership and sit there all day.

Waynes has good people. I have had problems with my vehicle leaking oil. After my 1st visit it continued to leak oil and so I called em back and they took it back and tried to fix it and then I had to take it back to em a 3rd time. I know that's quite a few times but I was impressed with their customer service and how well I've been treated. I would recommend this place to my family and friends especially after seeing customer service at other automotive businesses.

My corolla had issues and i took it to dealer. They said it would cost me 1500 dollars to fix the issues. Then I took it to Wayne's auto service they found root cause of the problem and fixed for $450. Technicians are very good and very honest. I would highly recommend everybody to go there. They are very good interms of service, quality and price wise.

When another shop "fixed" my problem (to the tune of $1500) and it still wasn't "fixed", Waynes team found out what was really going on and made it right...not only with the truck but also my bank account. These guys are fair, honest and go out of their way to find a cost effective solution. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Wayne's team took 6 hours to locate and fix a problem with my car's wiring which nobody else could find for months and the best part is he charged me for only 1 hr. worth of labor. I highly recommend their service and will definitely go back if I ever have to.
