I had a very bad experience with Weight Watchers. When I in rolled in the program no one told me that they will automatically deduct money for an unlimited time until I will call to cancel it. On Saturday April the 6th I came to get my weight which is a standard procedure. I got my first reading which was 33 pounds more then a week before. The girl did not tell me about the problem. I asked her for a second reading and it was around 31 pounds less then the first reading? Then I decided to go to another person to check it on the different the scale. and this reading was a half of the pound more then the second reading. I called the customer service in NY and was on hold for 25 minutes because I wanted to talk to the supervisor. He was not able to get the records of the readings from the computer and he wanted me to scan and e-mailed him directly. I decided to cancel my membership immediately and get my money back for the bad service and humiliation. It looks like the employees in this office are very dishonest and want to make money by doing the incorrect readings and letting customers to come for a long time to get results. This was a very bad experience in Oceanside office and I hope people will make decisions where there to join the Weight Watchers.
