This one time low cost clinic is moving up in the world. They are building a new facility by overcharging just like any uptown veterinary hospital. I brought my dachshund in for a routine teeth cleaning and was given an estimate of $173 with a $25 deposit. They made me wait for 45 minutes while they were arguing with another client who was upset about the bill being higher than the estimate. On the day of surgery, the "case manager" called me in the middle of the surgery and told my son that it would be $515 to finish the job. That is extortion! DO NOT TRUST the low estimate.

Once again another mysterious reservation fee? A year ago it was for multiple pets. Now $25.00 to get a guaranteed reservation which is credited toward your bill...otherwise you are a walkin. DOES THIS MEAN THAT YOU ARE GIVEN PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT AND DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES? If this is the case, maybe it is a good thing? But they keep coming up with new policies $$$$ out of the blue and DON'T communicate with their patients/customers via facebook, website or mail. I don't understand.

Like many I have been financially crippled due to the econimic tsunami. My dog need a rabies shot and heatworm. For $70 he received a 3 year rabies shot, heartworm test, generic (who knew?) heartwork pill, county tag and an exam by the Vet. I so appreciate the work this clinic does so our beloved animal companions can have the care they need when we face financial problems.

Recently, after a very bad experience with a vet clinic in Marietta, Pet Humane was recommended to me by a friend of my son's...My little dog Wootee had been in pain and crying and was suffering when I took her to Pet Humane and she was treated by Dr. Amy Orlin, the best vet I have ever had..Dr. Amy is a caring, highly skilled vet who goes the extra mile to explain what she treating, why and takes her time to examine your pet..The clinic does have scale per income pricing, so being on SS that helped me be able to afford their services..Now after being treated by Dr. Amy, my little dog is happy, and recovering.. Thank you Dr. Amy.. This is the vet to go to if you care about your pets....
