The programs that they offer are great. The body boot camp and the speed and agility classes for athletes are high intensity the whole hour. If your looking to get in shape, I definitely recommend this gym.

WPI's boot camps are some of the best workouts I've ever done, even as a former college athlete. They're a total body workout, forcing you to use muscles in your legs, arms, and core. The trainers are awesome and really want to help you get the results you want. They'll let you try one class for free, and I promise you won't regret it.
