Wells Fargo enables cheaters to get away with stealing property. They financed a property that was illegally transferred out of a trust to a customer of theirs. It took us four years and over $30,000 in lawyer fees to finally get the property returned to the trust. Wells Fargo financed this property in spite of the fact that the judge had frozen it. After all of this, Wells Fargo refused to transfer the loan to us, the legal trustees of the property - said we couldn't qualify because they wouldn't count the potential rental income on a home with no rental history. My advice if you're looking for a bank - go to California Coast Credit Union or online to ING Direct. Or pretty much any bank except Wells Fargo.
