I went to this Wells Fargo to close my account because I wasn't using it anymore and they were charging me $5 a month. I told them why and they tried to persuade me to stay with them. I told them I had no interest in staying with them because I haven't used the account for years. Then they asked what bank I was banking with and tried to talk smack about that bank. What a way to try to keep your customers. A nice "I'm sorry you haven't used our services, but you're always welcome back" would have been sufficient.
