I had my baby this past March and she helped us through the entire pregnancy. Unfortunately, she was unavailable when my little one arrived, but I wouldn't change my whole experience for anything. Dr. Williams is the best and helps you relax, which was great for a first-timer like me!! I loved everyone else in the group, but she is still my favorite.

She delivered my first and it was a breeze. She was not even my normal OBGYN. She was on call from the practice. I started hemorrhaging at the hospital the night of my delivery and she came back to the hospital as quick as she could - She said she even missed a couple of red lights. She stayed with my husband and I until she felt we were comfortable and at ease. it could have been disastrous if not for her. I have to admit, there is one member of the office staff that always acts as if you are bothering her for calling. She is always rude no matter when I call, but other than her, all of the nurses and doctors are such a pleasure. I have been with this practice for 5 years and really feel they are more than adequate. Dr. Williams is amazing. I had some other issues earlier this year and she was not afraid to refer me out which is why gallbladder issues were caught and dealt with after much pain. No other doctor could figure out what was wrong with me and were determined it was nothing, but Dr. Jennifer Williams gave me the care I needed and was humble enough to admit when she was at the extent of her own ability. Many other doctors were unwilling to do the same. I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me to get pregnant my second time around and now I am looking forward to delivering with her again.

I have been a patient of Dr. William's for almost 3 years now. She speaks very candidly about procedures and treatments and explains everything step-by-step as it is happening. I can ask her ANYTHING without feeling awkward, embarrassed or judged. She is well educated, but young...it's a combination that puts me at ease. I recently had Mirena inserted, but before I made the decision to have it Dr. Williams shared her own personal experience with the device...good and bad! I'm telling all my friends Dr. Williams is awesome!

She delivered my little one. It was the worst experience of my life. She didn't explain what she was doing. In the end, after 20 hours of labor and 4 hours of pushing, she cut me without getting informed consent. I could tell she was sick of dealing with me. I would not refer her to anyone that I cared about.

This is easily the best Atlanta "find" I've had. For a woman finding a good OBGYN is a relief- finding a great one is fantastic. I was terrified about going to the doctor, but I was referred by a good friend, and right away she put me completely at ease. She has a policy about meeting a new patient with their clothes on first so she can address any issues you have with complete comfort. I really cant say enough about her. The entire experience was almost a joy. :)

I started seeing Dr. Williams after I got pregnant a couple of years ago. I had another GYN who I'd been seeing for years, but she wasn't an OB too. Since I was pretty squeamish about the whole pregnancy experience, I needed some sensitivity and I found it with Dr. Williams. She always makes you feel important. I never feel like any question I have is too stupid to ask, nor do I feel like I'm being rushed through my visits. Most importantly, however, is that Dr. Williams does whatever she can to make sure you have the labor and delivery experience that you want...she doesn't pass judgment or try to encourage you to do something you wouldn't otherwise want. She does not try to talk you into a natural birth vs. delivery with an epidural, breast feeding vs. bottle feeding, etc. She gives you the unbiased facts, and lets you make the right decision for you and your family. Dr. Williams also has a great sense of humor! I would add that the other doctors in Dr. Williams' practice are great too. I've seen Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kleiss on several occasions and I have found them both to be as caring. I would have been happy to have either of them deliver my baby. I will continue to see Dr. Williams for my general GYN care as well as any babies that come along in the future.

I have never been as comfortable with a doctor as I was with Dr. Williams. She is kind, funny and puts you at ease. She is also punctual with her appointment times and will call you directly with results or if you leave her a message. I just recently moved to town and I am glad that she was the first doctor I went to!
