Spent a long weekend there over the Thanksgiving Holiday time boarding and then spent 5 days with a sick dog...came home throwing up and with diarrhea. Staff claims she was just fine while she was there but sick as soon as we arrived home. 2x to the vet all better but will not be back.

A couple weeks ago I boarded my new puppy...little Max, at Williamsburg. I was a little apprehensive to board at first, but the staff and accommodations were amazing. I wasn't sure how Max would do, since this was our first time boarding him, but came home as happy as can be. In fact, he didn't want to leave. When they brought him out, he was of course happy to see us, but he kept going back to the staff members. I could tell he was going to miss them. We will be bringing him back for doggie daycare there now, once a week!!!

On a recent trip to Florida my daughter had to board her 8 year old Pomeranin that she had gotten from a shelter and is very skiddish around people. We took her to Williamsburg explaining the dogs situation fully. Upon return from Florida we wnt to pick her up and they had a bandana around her neck and were carrying her around in thier arms. The dog was very relaxed and they were more than good with her.
