When I moved here and lost my "car guy" I was afraid I would not find another local business that was community oriented in their service and excellence of knowledge. Fortunately a friend recommended Wilson Car Care Center. Boy am I glad! It starts in the office with Sharon who is always courteous and, attentive. She knows I always wait so she keeps me informed of the progress and laughing a little bit to boot. Never had that before. Then Chris and the other great mechanics (all friendly) come inside,( to a great clean waiting room, should I tell you about the leather sofa?) to describe to me the problem and the solution in terms I can understand. They make recommendations for me to consider with no sales pressure but accurate clarity on the level of necessity and a timeframe, again with an explanation. The service is great, the prices are fair and reasonable and the wait time always surprises me in efficiency and respect for my time. If you want someone you can trust with your car care. . . Wilson Car Care is your best bet! You will be glad for your choice.

These guys know their stuff. Figured out what was wrong with my truck, repaired it in a timely manner and a great price. Everyone is friendly and professional. My whole experience was awesome. I highly recommend Wilson's.

Wilson Car Care Center has serviced two of my vehicles within the past few months. Both times the results were very favorable. Both times each car was in need of major repair and both times they treated me and my wallet with respect. In fact they even gave me a ride home rather than make me wait. I highly recommend them and intend on coming back should I need another repair or routine maintenance.

We have been a customer at Wilson's for 3-4 years and 50% of the time we get burned. If you need an oil change, you'll be fine. If you need other work done, you'll be better off going to the dealer, which is where you'll end up anyway when Wilson's doesn't perform the work properly. We have had multiple trips where we ended up having to repeat the work, the most recent of which left us stranded. We have given them chance after chance to improve, and every time we're disappointed. Customer service is also lacking -- when asked about an improper repair we were hung up on. (We were not abrasive or ugly.) So, having now learned our lesson the hard way, we will no longer go there again... Sadly, when their dad was working there, customer service and mechanical expertise were excellent. However, now it's nothing more than a shade tree where the mechanic and the tree may be gone tomorrow when you still have a broken car. Really, really disappointing. Save your money.

Chris Wilson is the owner/lead mechanic. It's a family owned business with his father and aunt helping run the show. Chris came from the dealer ships, but the Economy forced him to open his own shop. I'm glad he did. He's detailed oriented, extremely fair on both parts and labor and wants to make sure you come back in the future. I take all three of my vehicles to him when they need servicing and my friends have all started using him as well once they go there for the first time.
