The good thing about Corey, owner of WindPower Sports, is that he's usually pleasant to speak with and will spend time to educate you. However, my transaction with him was less than pleasant. Corey took more than a month to send my kite, and he sent it in a different color pattern than he shows on his website. He refused to pay return shipping, as he stated, "I'm giving you your money back. Isn't that enough? I mean, it's just a color thing. There's nothing wrong with the kite." Apparently, whether a customer receives the correct color is unimportant to him. Furthermore, after he received my return, he delayed my refund.
