Considering the fact that my car was parked in the totally empty lot of this establishment for a grand total of 10 minutes while I went to the establishment next door to pick up a to-go food order in the pouring down rain, this company obviously cannot get customers to patronize them and therefore must collect car booting fees to stay up and running. The owner clearly had nothing else to do, and therefore was able to keep their eyes glued to their empty parking lot, waiting for some sucker to attempt to run a quick errand so they could collect an easy $75 boot fee. I admit I did park in their lot for the purpose of visiting the restaurant next door. I can empathize with a company that frequently cannot accommodate their customer parking due to other cars filling their lot without patronizing their services, but that is clearly NOT the case here. Other reviews here show that this company habitually boots cars, and in my case managed to do it within 2 minutes of me parking the car in the lot. The gentleman that unbooted my car received the call as we walked into the restaurant to pick up our food (he was IN the SAME restaurant picking up a to-go order directly in front of me, and I saw him look at his phone!) Woodco - I will not be reaching out to you personally about the injustice of paying $75 to park for 10 minutes, because I believe that my $75 put food on your plate tonight. I'm sorry for your plight.

The company owner decided that apparently my business wasn't good enough and decided to boot my car instead. If you need service done on your car, beware of this thieving and dishonest company.

Great shop. Very knowledgable. Great service. Highly recommended. Saved a whole bunch of money compared to a complete rebuild.
Got me a great price on a used transmission with very good mileage. Saved me a lot of money compared to a rebuild.

So instead you would not provide me any services I was in or inclined to purchase..Instead Mr Woodco would not provide my services needed, the first being to get a second opinion on my transmission and if needed to get my transmission flushed yet instead you BOOTED my car, and treated me like a common criminal..You had someone threaten me with not only a very high fee to remove the boots and also to call a wrecker to remove a very precious car to me that was only in need of your services...Not because of my parking in your area and going somewhere else because I did walk away when I first parked only to see where the restaurant had moved and to write it down. Either way you not only lost a service call but you also disgraced and humiliated a woman who was only getting an address but was treated like a common criminal. As I watched your security or service man crawl around my car and boot it!! Without giving me a chance to see about the services I needed from the company he worked at! Even after speaking to the Owner did I see that making the money off booting a car in his lot was worth more in a few minutes than working on one!!

Wayne was extremely helpful and honest. I had an engine light that indicated a problem with my transmission. He did research and found a service bulletin from the manufacturer and recommended I take it to the dealer for a flash reprogram of the ECU. Problem solved but if it comes back I would without hesitation return because of his strong reputation and integrity.

I chose this company because it was near my home, I was with out my car for 2 weeks, The owner was not only rude, but misleading. He told me that my transmission needed new seals, charged me $350.00, but he forgot to mention that I would also need a new transmission.(Charging me twice!) AFTER I took the car home, only to find myself sitting on the side of the highway. My car was worse off AFTER he 'worked' on it. Very Aggressive owner. Rude, and misleading. BEWARE.

Completely burned up the tranny on my 89 F150 and was leary of all the shops in metro Atlanta. Found Woodco and was really happy with Wayne's work, it was a big job and I got my truck back exactly when he said I would at a little less than the price I was expecting. Very good customer service and overall pleased with the service. Thanks Wayne

I went to AAMCO for the first transmission (BIG MISTAKE). After 20,000 miles I let Woodco do it right and it runs like new. It's hard to find someone you can trust but if you need transmission work, look to Woodco.

After being given two different opinions as to what my transmission problem was, a friend referred me to Woodco Transmission in Hapeville. Mr. Wood drove my car, explained what the problem was and what the cost would be. I have been driving the car for over a week and the problem I was having has completely disappeared. Also, he diagnosed another problem that would have caused my car to overheat. GREAT, knowledgable, service and, as a female, I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. Also, spotless waiting area and ladies room. Can't say enough good things about this business. By the airport and well worth the drive, if you live on the north side of Atl.
