Been here for some years, close to everything, secure with 24 hour doorman security and a wonderful community of people and an olympic swimming pool and well kept outdoor area. One of Hartford's best places to live.

You can get much more bang for your buck elsewhere while being treated better. These condos, often rented out, are not worth the trouble they pose in fees, parking, etc.. This "luxury" apartment is located in the middle of urban Hartford and parking your car on the street is a big risk due to the rise of breaking into car windows, so be prepared to spend a large chunk of change on parking. Something is constantly being fixed in order to keep up the facade of luxury, so expect major disruptions. The tight knit community consists mainly of elderly owners and they like to keep it that way. The property management is impatient, unsympathetic, and always looking for a way to make an extra buck.
