Called to have two locks changed. They quoted $19 service charge and $19 per lock. Technician was at the house for less than 30 minutes and charged over $200 to change two locks and cut 6 keys.

My sister was rather impress how quickly you guys got to our vehicle to help us out. Usually when people say '30 minutes or less' - they mean 30 minutes or more. But we waited no longer than 15 minutes. QUICK!

When I called I was quoted a price and told they would send someone right out and be there in about 20 minutes (you can throw a rock and hit their shop from my house), my keys were in the car and it was running and needed help as soon as possible. Ten minutes later I got a call from a "technician" and was told he would be there in 30 minutes. After 35 minutes I called the "technician" and was told it would be another 15 minutes before he could get there (he said it was taking a long time because of all the ice on the road) I could hear his girlfriend talking in the background. Another 20 minutes passed and I called the shop and asked them to please send someone to my house, my car is still running and I need to get the door opened. I then got another call from the "technician" and was asked if I still wanted him to come, I told them YES, I've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours and need to get my car opened. Finally the"technician" show up (without girlfriend) and charged me more than double the quoted price over the phone. I questioned his boss and the boss told me he quoted the price and said he quoted the "minimum" price and that's why it was more. I went ahead and had them open the car, but will never use them again. What a shame, they are just down the street from me and I always try to use local vendors, but will never give them the opportunity to abuse me again.
